Early Childhood Early Interventions (ECEI)

We are a registered provider of Early Childhood Early Interventions (ECEI) for the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).  The ECA can offer a range of supports for eligible children under nine (9) years old (previously 7 years of age). Please read latest update from the NDIA titled: 'The age of children supported under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach is Changing.'

The aim of the ECA is to provide families with knowledge, skills and support to support a child to reach their full potential; and to support them to participate in family, early childhood education and other everyday activities alongside their peers.

In some cases, early interventions remove the need for long-term supports, while in other cases, improvements in a child's overall wellbeing and significant progress in their child’s development can be achieved. The good news is that a diagnosis is not required to access the program.

Who Can Participate in the ECA?

If your child is either:

  • under six (6) years old with developmental delay, including developmental concerns, or

  • under nine (9) years old with a disability

  • AND

  • lives in the Perth metropolitan area, Inner Wheatbelt, Peel, South West and Great Southern areas of Western Australia.
